Our Ready-to-Wear (RTW) shoes are already available in selected sizes in our Singapore showroom and can be purchased for immediate collection or delivery.

If your preferred size, width or specification is not available from stock, many of our styles can also be Made-to-Order (MTO).

For most RTW styles, we stock selected full (e.g. EU42 or EU43) and half sizes (e.g. EU42.5 or EU43.5) in D (Standard) width. Wider fittings such as EE and EEE generally require MTO.

PIERZEL’s Made-to-Order service allows selected shoes to be produced according to your chosen specifications rather than being limited to what is currently available from stock.

MTO production typically takes approximately 15–25 working days. Some pairs may be completed sooner, although additional time may occasionally be required depending on the specifications, workshop workload or unforeseen production issues.

Once production is complete, delivery generally takes an additional 3–7 working days, depending on the destination.

Depending on the particular style, customers may be able to personalise elements including:

• shoe last and overall shape
• colour or patina finish
• leather or material, such as calf leather, suede or patent leather
• shoe size
• width, including selected EE and EEE options

For example, you may prefer a Marble Patina blue finish, a solid dark brown calf leather or a medium-brown suede.

Available customisation options vary between designs, so we recommend contacting us or booking an appointment if you have a particular specification in mind.

PIERZEL offers both full and half sizes across many of our styles.

Different shoes may be made on different lasts, such as Zurigo, Monti, Savile or Belgravia. The last determines the shoe’s overall shape, proportions and fit, so sizing characteristics may differ slightly between styles.

If you already know your PIERZEL size and are confident of the fit, you may order directly online.

If you are unsure, we strongly recommend booking a fitting appointment at our Singapore showroom before placing your order.

For overseas customers, we may ask for your foot length and width measurements so that we can provide the most suitable sizing guidance possible. However, remote measurements cannot replicate an in-person fitting, so fit cannot be guaranteed with the same certainty as a showroom fitting.

Yes. EE and EEE widths are available on many Made-to-Order styles.

Our Ready-to-Wear inventory is generally stocked in D (Standard) width, including selected full and half sizes.

If you require a wider fitting, your pair will normally need to be Made-to-Order.

Please note that some particular designs or lasts may not be eligible for EE or EEE customisation, so we recommend contacting us before ordering if width is a concern.

Yes. Customers are welcome to visit our Singapore showroom for fittings, sizing assistance and product consultation.

We recommend booking an appointment through our website so that we know when to expect you. Alternatively, you may contact us through WhatsApp with your preferred date and time.

Walk-ins are welcome, but availability cannot be guaranteed as the showroom may occasionally be closed due to events, appointments, travel or other operational reasons.

Booking in advance is therefore the best way to ensure that someone is available to assist you.

PIERZEL specialises in European-made men’s footwear.

The majority of our collection is handcrafted in Spain, with a smaller selection made in Italy, including styles using Italian leather.

Depending on the individual shoe, constructions may include Goodyear welt, Blake stitching and sneaker constructions.

PIERZEL is particularly known for our Spanish handcrafted patina footwear, especially our Goodyear-welted patina shoes.

Because materials, construction and origin can vary between styles, please refer to the individual product page for the exact specifications of each pair.

Hand-painted patina leather should be cared for gently to preserve its colour and character.

We recommend removing surface dirt with a soft cloth and, where necessary, using a suitable leather cleanser such as Saphir Cleaner.

After cleaning, gently buff the shoes using a natural-bristle polishing brush. A small amount of neutral Saphir Pommadier cream may then be applied evenly using a soft applicator brush or cloth to nourish and protect the leather.

Allow the cream to absorb briefly before buffing the shoes again.

Avoid excessive application of creams or strongly coloured products, as these may affect the appearance of the hand-painted patina.

We also recommend using cedarwood shoe trees after wear to help retain the shoe’s shape and manage moisture.

In-stock shoes may be dispatched from our Singapore showroom.

Made-to-Order footwear may be shipped from Spain once production has been completed.

We generally use DHL Express or FedEx, with delivery typically taking approximately 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination.

We currently offer:

• Complimentary local shipping on orders above 100 SGD
• Complimentary international shipping on orders above 600 SGD

For international orders, any applicable customs duties, import taxes or local charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Customers should check with their local customs authorities before purchasing if they are unsure about possible charges.

Ready-to-Wear

PIERZEL generally does not provide refunds. Unworn Ready-to-Wear footwear may be eligible for exchange within 7 business days of purchase or receipt, provided that the shoes remain unworn and in their original condition.

Worn footwear cannot be returned or exchanged.

For international exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is verified to be defective or incorrectly supplied.

Made-to-Order

Made-to-Order footwear is produced according to the customer’s confirmed size, colour and specifications.

Where the completed pair correctly matches the specifications confirmed by the customer, MTO purchases are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Customers who are uncertain about sizing are therefore strongly encouraged to seek our advice or book a fitting before confirming an MTO order.

Where a fitting issue is demonstrably the result of incorrect sizing advice provided by PIERZEL, we will review the matter individually and work with the customer toward an appropriate resolution.

Private Sale

Private Sale merchandise is final sale and is generally not eligible for exchange or refund, except where an item is verified to be defective or incorrectly supplied.

Defective or incorrect items

If you believe an item is defective or does not match your confirmed order, please contact PIERZEL with clear photographs or videos so that we can assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Exceptional cases may be reviewed individually at PIERZEL’s discretion.
