All of our footwear products are meticulously handcrafted, which means they are created with pride and embracing the beauty of imperfections. In a world where machines dominate, we take pride in employing skilled artisans who have mastered the art of shoe and leather goods craftsmanship, striving for the closest possible perfection that can be achieved by human hands.

It is important to note that all of our shoes are made-to-order (MTO), and we offer two types: Standard MTO and Fast Lane MTO. The production period for Standard MTO shoes typically ranges from 20 to 25 working days. On the other hand, Fast Lane MTO shoes can be produced in a shorter time frame of 6 to 7 working days due to the availability of partially pre-produced shoe parts in our warehouse located in Almansa, Spain.

Placing an order with PIERZEL is easy. You can browse through our collection of shoes, select the one that you like, choose from available sizes and colors and place the order by adding it to your shopping cart.

No account is required to place an order with us. However, creating an account will allow you to save your address information, track order, review order and payment history, and will provide you with faster checkout when ordering in the future.

If you’ve forgotten your password, simply click on the “Forgotten Password” link under the login screen on our site. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password. 

Once we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation email. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information to track your order. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 

To ensure a comfortable and well-fitting experience with the size you have chosen, we recommend that you measure your feet accurately and consider our size guide before placing your order. We also offer free returns, so if you’re not satisfied with the fit of your shoes, you can return them for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.

Due to high demand, we occasionally run out of stock for specific sizes. To prevent disappointment, we recommend signing up for our waiting list or emailing our customer support team at customersupport@pierzel.com. It’s possible that your size is being produced, and our representatives will keep you updated on its availability. Rest assured, we’ll do our utmost to get you the perfect fit!
